Last week, I returned to WBBM-AM, Chicago’s CBS NewsRadio, where I discussed market direction and how certain global events are impacting investor confidence. I talked with “Noon Business Hour” hosts Kris Kridell and Sherman Kaplan specifically about EU recession concerns, and whether investors should re-evaluate portfolio holdings related to that area. “We are value investors, so I wouldn’t get too upset at market gyrations, but it’s always a good idea to check in on global companies and see if they are executing in the way that they said they would,” I explained.
