Shaheen focuses on the back end of client relations by creating new accounts for each of our clients and entering any outside manually managed assets into the system, making it easier for our advisors to get the complete picture when it comes time for a portfolio review.
After spending 14 years as a pharmacy technician, Shaheen was ready to move on and try something new. She heard from a friend that Fort Pitt Capital was looking to hire more client service representatives. With a lot of customer service experience behind her and an eagerness to learn, Shaheen handed in her resume and was hired soon after.
