A Client Relationship Specialist works in a collaborative and stable team environment supporting a Senior Financial Consultant. The focus of this job is on producing high quality, detailed work based on established standards, guidelines and procedures. Precise, consistent work output is essential; which requires patience and a willingness to handle many tasks simultaneously and follow up until completion. Communication with clients and internal business groups is based on knowledge of repetitive job routines and procedures gained from sufficient on the job experience. This position is designed to develop a valued technical expert, who can also uphold a high level of customer service in a personable manner.

A Client Relationship Specialist:

  • Supports consultants in the handling and onboarding of client accounts
  • Arranges account distributions and required minimum distributions
  • Takes trade orders and communicates information to our trading team
  • Prepares presentations for clients and prospective clients, including financial plans and reviews
  • Must be comfortable with technology and office operating systems
  • Is in frequent communication with clients via phone and email

An ideal candidate would have 2-3 years of experience working with a Registered Investment Advisor, show strong initiative, and possess exceptional organizational skills.

Skill Sets: Previous experience working with Charles Schwab, Fidelity, or TD Ameritrade is desired. Proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook.

Salary: Salary and performance reviews will occur annually. Additionally, a bonus will be paid based on the first quarter fee received on any investment management fees generated by any referrals.
