As an HR Generalist, Kelley works with employees across all levels of the organization, focusing on talent acquisition and retention, as well as assisting the HR Director on implementing strategies for improved processes and procedures, benefits administration, and leaves of absence.
Kelley’s interest in Human Resources sparked in 2001 when she worked as a Practice Manager for a private medical practice. When the clinical practice ended, she then began her official Human Resources career as an HR Generalist having experience in full cycle recruiting, training, benefits, wellness programs, payroll, and employee relations. She earned her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification in 2015 from the Human Resource Certification Institute.
