FOCUS
As a Client Relationship Specialist for Retirement Plan Services, Courtney helps with onboarding new clients, preparing and scheduling plan reviews, transferring and allocating client funds, communicating with the trade team, client correspondence, and other account inquiries.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
Courtney has worked in retirement planning for 8 years. She began her career with a large 401(k) provider where she worked closely with plan participants, plan administrators, and financial advisors. She then started a business working directly with financial advisors to help service their plans. From compliance testing and plan design to employer contribution calculations, Courtney brings a wide range of experience to our Retirement Plan Services team.

Courtney lives Baldwin-Whitehall with her husband, son, and labradoodle. She enjoys watching sports, trying new foods, and relaxing at home.
